Passed away peacefully at home on Monday,
24th of February 2025. Aged 89 years.
Dearly loved husband of Frances. Loved father
and father-in-law of Joseph and Margret,
David, Dina and Nigel. Adored pop and poppy of
Sarah, Lilly and all his other grandchildren.

Dear Ron would have taught half of Wodonga how to drive ,I remember my boys learning to drive and they used to referr to him as ” beep beep Hello man ” . He worked with my father many years ago and he also had lots of plumbing work done by my late husband . He was one if nature’s gentlemen and I can see him driving around heaven ” beep beep and a wave out the window ” RIP Ron .
My thoughts & prayers are with all the family at this time, l have wonderful memories of Mr Elias when growing up in Wornes Drive.
It is with shock and sadness that I hear of the passing of a wonderful and kind man such as Mr. Elias. Your heart and sole was just so beautiful, welcoming and kind – my heart and love are given to his beautiful family and my lovely primary school class mate Jo and his family. I will miss running into him out and about – my heart breaks for Margaret at the enormous loss. He was loved and respected by 1000’s.🥰🥰🥰🥰
Our deepest sympathy to “Franny” and extended Family on the passing of our mate Ron,(ex VCAS Ambo). A great man who helped so many and will be sadly missed.
