My condolences to Joan, Michael, Matthew and the Elliot families. Barry was a kind wonderful person and neighbour.

Chris & Maureen and family would like to pay a tribute to our amazing Brother in law Barry.
We regret we are unable to be there with you today, however we are with you in spirit and watching this service live in Qld.
Barry achieved so much in his lifetime that no doubt many others will mention them today.
We have many happy memories of Barry
The Gilbert family remember Barry & Joan for their wonderful hospitality to us and our children Jillian & Richard when they were growing up. We had many happy farm stays with them. Also more recently to Jill & Mitch Gant and family.
As ‘city folk’ we loved visiting the farm and seeing the animals, having farm tours in the back of the Ute and enjoying Joans wonderful county cooking !
We remember the big families get together, when Barry hired a huge marque for it. A great family day!
We remember too the fishing trips on the lake with Barry, Michael and Mathew. Lots of redfin in those days!
Barry was a true professional and unlike ‘ True Blue’ who would ‘tie it up with wire, to keep the show on the road’ Barry would mend fences properly or put up a new one!
So many great memories shared with Barry & Joan and family.
Thankyou Barry, for being a wonderful brother in law. You were one of natures true gentlemen!

Bob remembers and talks about the good times he and Barry had in the shearing shed over the years and the camaraderie they shared.
