Dear Rob and family,

Regretfully, I am unable to be with you in sharing your celebration of Lyn’s life. I am still trying to get close enough to King Charles to give him a wink from Lyn!

Lyn was an outstanding woman. Always caring, loving, capable and above all resilient. In recent years, it has been truly wonderful to chat with Lyn to share childhood recollections and update each other about our respective family activities. We often explored the Eagles family history and wondered about family secrets. There were many moments of laughter and and sadly, at times, some tears were shed. I was, and still am, in awe of her stoicism.

Lyn was always special to the Findlay family. I will miss her and am forever grateful for the way she enriched my life.
