Hi Aunt Marg,

Morrie was such a top bloke, I have such fond memories of my visit to you guys in my early 20’s. Young and naive that I was. I do remember Morrie chuckling at me when I ran out of fuel …..only to have the jerry can in the back…..didn’t even think to look. Geeze Morrie laughed at me.
Then of course more recently when you guys ended up in Cairns by default. So good to catch up with you both then.
Sending love and hoping the good memories will help.
Much love,
Sally, Anthony and girls.

From Gwen, Robbie, Patti, Annie and our beautiful family in Darwin
We are so sorry to hear of Morris/Uncle Morris passing and we want to send from our family to Margret,
Uncles/Aunties/Cousins our sincere condolences.
Our best memory of Morris is in the early days of child hood going to the weir where all the brothers
with their family’s and boats, got together on the banks of a special part of the weir, only they knew.
For us nieces this introduced us to early family bonding and a skill of water skiing we loved, good or bad, could not get enough
of. From all of us you will never be forgotten. We will remember your smile and kindness

It was wonderful to be able to watch the funeral on line and hear the stories about our dear friend and cousin-in-law Morrie. We have fond memories of our times with Morrie and Marg and are so grateful for the kindness Morrie showed us. We have a wonderful handle made by Morrie on the jockey wheel of our caravan and we think of him every time we turn it. Lots of love to Marg and the family. He was so proud of his family. Love from Robbie and John xx
