Passed away peacefully at the Wodonga Hospital.
Much loved Husband of Jean (dec).
Loved Father and Father in Law of Angela and Bryan, and Julie.
Adored Grandpa of Adam, Sarah, Sam and Allirra.
Great Grandpa of Amelia, Anna, Ollie and Lilly.
Finally reunited with his first and only love.
Always Loved Never Forgotten.
A special thank you to the staff at COU, Wodonga Hospital and Yackandandah Health for all their care and compassion.
Funeral Details
The Celebration of Life for the late Mick Carey will be held at The Chapel, Conway Funeral Home, 20 South Street, Wodonga, at 2pm on Thursday, 5th October, 2023.
A private cremation will follow the service.
Mick’s service will be livestreamed and can be viewed below.

Dear Mick,
Sorry I cannot be there today however I am very fortunate to have known you – when Angela brought me up to Wangaratta to meet you and Jean you welcomed me with open arms and have been a great father in law, grandfather and great grandfather to the Martin family.
