Funeral Tribute
Passed away peacefully after a long illness at Westmont with her loving Husband by her side. Beloved Wife of Doug Dickson and Mother of Isabel (dec). Loving Sister and Sister in law of Mark Fildes, John (dec) and Jackie Fildes, Prue Cook, Bill and Barbara Dickson, Julie and Peter Maher.
Loved Aunt and Great Aunt to Lindsay, Holly, Xen, Tom, James, Sam, Alex, Jack and their families.
Heartfelt thanks to the incredibly dedicated and caring staff at Westmont Cottages and Homestead.
Funeral Details
The Funeral Service for Laura will be held at The Chapel, Conway Funeral Home, 20 South St, Wodonga at 11am on Thursday, 16th October, 2025.
A private cremation will follow her service.

Laura was an inspiration and an incredibly supportive teacher. She cared for her students, particularly one who was in my care at the time, and helped her achieve her VCE against all odds.
She was also a well regarded manager of the Yackandandah Community Education Centre for 3 years, and as we celebrate our 40 year anniversary next month she will be fondly remembered by many. May she rest in peace.
