Funeral Tribute

Sadly passed away unexpectedly after life long medical conditions whilst on holidays at Southern Clinic, Warilla, NSW. Aged 19 years.
She was the much loved and cherished Daughter of Shirley McKernan and Darren Maxfield.
Loved Grand Daughter of Hazel and Lindsay McKernan (dec) and Marie and Doug Maxfield (dec).
Matilda was the loved Sister of Kimba, Jessica and Adelaide, and Sister in Law of Leon, and the fond Aunty of Ameika and Enzo.

So dearly loved, so sadly missed.
Now at peace.
