Thank you Uncle Laurie!
Thank you for teaching me about life, and how to have fun, and making life worth living, with all your antidotes about life.
Now is your time to rest in peace.
May you at last be reunited with Grandpa and Grandma, Bother Trevor, and my Dad in heaven. May your memory live on forever.
Requiem æternam dona eis, Domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis. Requiescant in pace. Amen.

Bill and Valerie Godesays:

It was sad to hear of your passing but you lived a good life with a great family and friends. We will miss you. RIP my friend.

Philip Engersays:

Good on yer for the unmissable adventures and your subtle yet perceptive commentary of a life time over 55 years!! You never did things by halves. Definitely not your style. That raised eyebrow said it all. When the four of us were staying in Limeuil France at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vezere rivers yonks ago, who else would go into a supermarket in nearby Le Bugue charged with the responsibility of acquiring a case of cold beers and come out with a case of shandys European style? And then you got upset when we gave some of the refreshments to influence the local guys fixing the leak in the town’s water pipe to our accommodation so we could enjoy a hot shower…..

You led a full life with a continuum of respect for others, exhausted a few along the way, a clear identity, love for your family and others too. Irreplaceable indeed.

Ian Sutherlandsays:

thanks for the times we had being very short and a long time ago we thought of you very much , Pauline our thoughts are with you and the family
